Who processes the data

Data the website collects

The website requires no registration. Only the language choice is stored in the browser local storage. Anonymised visit data includes the page address, request time, device type and referral source.

Data from the forms

When you submit a contact form or a referral programme application we store the name, contact, company name and message text you provided. This data is used only to answer your enquiry and work on it.

Grounds and retention period

Processing is based on your consent given by submitting the form. Enquiry data is stored until the work on it is finished and for the period set by law for business correspondence.

Sharing with third parties

Enquiry data is never sold and is not shared for advertising purposes. The exception is the telecom and email providers that carry the message, and cases required by law.

Data inside the products

Information the customer places inside the platform products is processed under the terms of the contract and its annexes. This policy does not cover it.

Your rights

You can request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion. Send the request to the sales address listed on the contacts page; it is handled within the periods set by law.
