One sign in
An employee is created once in A3.ID and gets access to every product. Rights, roles and organisations are not duplicated between systems.
Legal significance
Our own certificate authority and document roaming. A signed document stays valid outside the company perimeter.
Transparent operations
Service status, incidents and planned maintenance are published openly. The availability history is visible without asking support.
Open interfaces
Every product has an API and an exchange with 1C. The platform fits into the existing landscape instead of demanding its replacement.
Local expertise
The team works in Astana and knows the regulator requirements. Data stays inside the perimeter agreed with the customer.
A shared foundation
The infrastructure layer serves every product: accounts, certificates, mail, files and platform services. A failure in one application does not touch the others, and a foundation update reaches all of them at once.

Document flow with retail chains without couriers
Invoices and contracts were printed, signed by hand and driven around to counterparties. Originals went missing, closing documents took weeks to collect, and some chains worked through their own operator.
